You can make a payment towards a bill using T Analyst, by providing your bank account or credit card details.
We have given T Analyst a fresh new look and improved navigation throughout the application.
You’ll notice a bunch of new features, including the introduction of new default filters that will assist in reviewing your billing information further.
The View Bill tab has been updated with some additional features.
We've updated the setup tab with a new layout, making it easier for users to find the function they want to perform.
T Analyst will automatically send out system notifications to advise you when a new bill or report is available.
Filters allows you to drill down to specific information in your reports by applying a set of criteria.
New accounts can be identified and assigned to a hierarchy in T Analyst.
The Download Centre tab allows you to access any pending or completed reports. You can download a completed report, edit or remove reports.
Users can set preferences around where and how they receive T Analyst system notifications and control how their bill is delivered by switching off paper bills.
Completed reports can be removed from download centre tab to help increase storage space for future requests.
You can use T Analyst to lodge an enquiry or dispute against an intem on your bill. This can be done using the following reports.
