Yes, as you long have internet access, you can log in to Cloud Management Platform using single sign-on via the Cloud Services Portal or log in directly via RightScale.
You can choose any combination of cloud services supported by RightScale to suit your needs.
Yes, you pay separately for the use of the Cloud Management Platform and any cloud services you bring to it.
