TIPT Application Downloads

To be able to use the Telstra IP Telephony (TIPT) clients, you need:

  • administrator access rights for your PC (to allow the installation to occur) check with your Customer Administrator
  • a software licence to use the client, based on the TIPT feature packs you have assigned
  • to meet minimum software and hardware requirements

For instructions on how to install and use the clients, refer to the relevant Feature Guides.

 

TIPT UC-One

To configure TIPT UC-One for use across one or more users (Administrators only. PC only)

  • Click the following link TIPT Tools UC-One
  • Unzip this file & install, then enter your Administrator username and password.

To install TIPT UC-One on your PC Desktop (.exe version)

  • Click the following link TIPT UC-One for PC Desktop
  • Unzip this file once it has been downloaded then enter your username and password.

To install TIPT UC-One on your PC Desktop (.msi version)

To install TIPT UC-One on your MAC Desktop

Click the following link TIPT UC-One for MAC Desktop

To install TIPT UC-One on your (windows) PC with Lync integration on your desktop (.exe version)

To install TIPT UC-One on your (windows) PC with Lync integration on your desktop (.msi version)

To install TIPT UC-One on your Mobile.

Go to AppStore for iOS devices or Play store for Android devices, search for tipt uc-one then download the TIPT UC-One app.

 

TIPT Video

To install the Polycom RealPresence client onto your Windows or MAC desktop

  • Click the following link Polycom RealPresence soft client and select to download the client for either your MAC OS X or Windows. A Trial 30 day version can be downloaded. After the 30 days contact your Telstra Sales Representative to purchase the client.

To install the Polycom RealPresence mobile client

  • Go to AppStore for iOS devices or PlayStore for Android devices, search for the Polycom RealPresence app, download the app as instructed

 

Telstra Telephony Toolbar

 

Prior to installation

Write down your Telstra Telephony Toolbar username and password as these will be cleared upon upgrade.  Your username can be found by clicking Options (orange button outlined below) and selecting Account.  If you don’t know your password, please contact your Customer Group administrator.

To install, right click Download Now (zipped .exe) (ZIP, 25MB) or Download Now (zipped .msi) (ZIP, 25MB) and select Save Target As then run the file from your computer.

Early Release Versions 

The early release versions may include functionality updates and/or bug fixes.

These versions have gone through functional testing and are being assessed by Telstra for general release. 

If issues are experienced with the early release versions please report them to Telstra Help Desk on 1800 287 289.
Maintenance may occur on the early release version on Wednesday nights from 11pm to 6am. During this maintenance window you may be logged out, however you will be able to log back in again straight away.

 

Adobe Flash for Call Manager / Attendant Console

To be able to use these clients, you need to have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer. If you don't have it already, it should be downloaded automatically when you start Call Manager.

Please note that Adobe Flash Player 10 only may be used.

To install it yourself, click Download Now and select Save Target As, then run the file from your computer.
