Speaking at the most recent CISCO Live event in Melbourne, Jeremy Howe, Director IP Data and Security Solutions and Crispin Blackall, Director Enterprise and Business Product Engineering, from Telstra’s solutions and product and engineering teams reveal the opportunities that will be opened up by Telstra’s Symphony platform.

Set to be released later in the year Symphony will streamline the ordering and activation of all data and communication services, empowering Telstra customers to be more agile, innovative and responsive to industry demands.

Howe and Blackall explain what the offering will be and how it will serve as a platform for co-creation and customer innovation.
